Dorset Garden Rooms

Just completed in Bournemouth last week, this is a 5m x 3m Garden Room, finished in Light Mist Hardie Plank. 4 Pane Inline Sliding Doors are a really nice addition to this room.

This Pool House is 8m x 3m, featuring a fully integrated Sound System and Air Conditioning. A slightly raised front elevation gives more ceiling height for gym equipment. Landscaping has just begun on this one.

This is a L shaped Garden Room split into a 5m x 4m workshop and a 3m x 2m storage room. A lovely project to work on, this building was clad in Pearl Grey Hardie Plank. Looking forward to seeing the landscaping complete.

This is a 40 m² annexe built with full planning permission and building regulations. 2 Bedrooms, Ensuite shower room and kitchen means this space can be used as separate permanent living accommodation or let out as an AirBnb.

This is a 6m x 3.5 m dual space incorporating a separate storage room. With this building, we have also raised the height of the front of the building to accommodate larger gym equipment. This room has been finished in Hardie Plank, Pearl Grey. Landscaping to be completed.

This week competed in Poole, a 30m², dual purpose, twin office space. In-line sliding doors to both rooms, finished in our Hardie Plank cladding, in Soft Green. With high-speed internet, air-conditioning, and a high-quality finish, working from home will be a pleasure in this building. Landscaping to be completed around building which will really set this off.

This 8.5m x 3.5m room is a multifunctional space, incorporating Home Gym, Tv Lounge area and Bar. Air Conditioning, High Speed internet and Smart Lighting with Aluminium bifold doors.

This is a 5m x 3m Garden Office finished just in time for Christmas. A 15m² building is probably the most popular size for garden offices, this enables us to be able to build closer to the boundary, whilst complying with permitted development regulations. Western Red Cedar, Internet and Air Conditioning completes this room.

A lovely Garden Room finished this week in Mudeford ,Christchurch. This is 5m x 3m, finished in Anthracite Grey

Landscaping to begin now on this project, a few photos in the meantime. This room has aluminium triple track, sliding doors. At the maximum size under permitted development of 30 m², this room also features an ensuite and storage cupboard. Air-conditioning is fitted to keep the room cool in the summer, as well as heating the room in the winter.

Another room finished last week in Ringwood. Really sits in well in this beautiful garden. At 5m x 3m this room is really flexible to be used as an office, relaxation room, or anything in the future as your needs change.
