At AreYou, we offer many different sessions around Relationships, Sexual Education, and Personal Care, and we are always open to hearing your ideas for what else you want us to add.

Do you support an adult with learning disabilities and/or autism who would benefit from a tailored educational experience from our experts within the Ready2Shine programme? Then let us know exactly what you are looking for and we will be more than happy to provide you with a quotation.

Our bespoke 1:1 service is available either at our AreYou office or a secure location of your choosing, where we will be able to guide your supported individual through a fixed number of specialist sessions.

We are excited to share the first step in our 2024 journey. Ready2Shine CIC is now renamed as AreYou - Training and Consultancy CIC. This is the start of the new things we will be offering this year. Ready2Shine is the Specialist RSE project within AreYou. Our courses have grown, our clients have exploded in numbers…we are on an exciting path this year….watch this space as we grow. #2024

From all of us here at Ready2Shine, we want to wish you all an excellent year ahead!

We also want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has helped our service to evolve over the past twelve months. From our staff and volunteers to our amazing participants, everyone has played their part in making Ready2Shine what it is today.

This last year has been busy across both services, we have more than quadrupled our referrals in Shine in the last 6 months and added so much more to Hudson Blake’s portfolio. It’s been a journey we couldn’t complete without the dedication of our amazing customers, participants and our team of staff and volunteers. Thank you everyone for your commitment, hard work and generally being epic to work with. Absolutely love my job because if the people involved. Across both services we all wish you a merry Christmas and a good end to 2023….looking forward to epic things ahead!

Yesterday, we had our final session of 2023 with Mental Wellbeing. Over the past 12 months, we have had many exciting changes at Ready2Shine, expanding our course list and extending our services to a wider audience.

We want to thank everyone who made this possible, from our amazing staff and volunteers to our inspirational participants who prove session after session that there's no barrier strong enough to stop self-improvement and learning.

We promise many great things ahead for 2024, and look forward to having you all join us on this journey!

A big congratulations to one of our most regular participants, Ada! Ada was recently nominated for the "Inspiring Fratton Awards" 2023 for her amazing work in the community.

Having known Ada for a while now, we are always amazed at her dedication towards others and keeping them up-to-date with all the latest and greatest events happening in the city. This award is well deserved, and we wish her the best of luck in the future.

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our end-of-year Christmas special! We had lots of fun, games, and even a few new faces at the office.

This year, we have been lucky enough to work with plenty of wonderful participants through a variety of educational and social sessions. We hope you have all enjoyed it as much as we have and look forward to more excitement in 2024!
