6 weeks ago I looked at myself in the mirror and decided that something needed to change.
The whole point of this post is to show you that “I’m just like you”. I know exactly how this happened, and I also know that fitness, nutrition and mindset is going to get me back into great shape!
Since taking this pic, I’ve joined a gym closer to home and training is going extremely well. Physique update coming soon!
