β€οΈHi everybody π I am thinking of starting a new yoga class at poynton civic hall .
β€οΈUnfortunately I canβt do a poll on here but would be super grateful if you could let me know what DAY and TIME would suit you most ππ
β€οΈ It will be a class to restore, heal, mentally and physically with no prior yoga experience needed.
I feel like we have lost connection as humans and would love this class to be a place where we can feel safe, chat and reconnect through yoga.
π₯° Remember that connecting with others in a community tribe is fundamental to maintain a strong immune system and a healthy mind .

β€οΈ Traveling through my yoga practice I had no sense of what strength and resilience could be captured within my body let alone mind.π
Along with strength, yoga has also taught me to be kinder to myself, accept who I am, and let go of the unproductive worry. Yoga has taught me to find space and follow my soulπ
I want to remind you that you donβt need to be fit, strong and flexible or know the poses or go to a yoga studioπ
β€οΈYoga isnβt just a form of exercise, itβs an amazing tool to have in your life and the great thing is yoga doesnβt have an end goal. Itβs there to make you just feel good no with no expectationπ
β€οΈ So try it ! I promise you wonβt regret itπβοΈπ§ββοΈπ
