We have a standard wine flight and a prestige wine flight to accompany our tasting menus.
One of our current pairings is this Georgian Wine 'Tbilisi Quevris Rkatsiteli'
An orange wine with grapes picked from vines as old as 18 years. The grapes are fermented in clay pot called a 'quevris' for upto 5 months with the stems and skins left in, this results in a wine with a Amber 'orange' colour with a lively acidity and subtle tannic grip.
We pair this with our Turbot, Turnip, and Mussel course.

You may have heard that we've got big news to share here at 263...
Firstly, we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to our head chef Rikki Hughes and our restaurant manager Emese Pogany who have set us on the path to success this year. During their time with us, we've gone from strength to strength, and for that we are very grateful.
As some of you may be aware, Rikki and Emese will be moving on to pastures new this June, but we would like to reassure you 263 will still continue to bring exceptional food and service to Preston. The reins will be handed over to the extremely capable and talented hands of Sean Wrest as our new head chef and his partner Sam Haigh as our new restaurant manager.
I'm sure you will join us in congratulating Sean and Sam on their new positions, and we will keep you posted on our socials for any further updates.
