Usually behind the scenes and spending his time thinking of new ways to wind Sean and Sam up. Alex along with founded Aven back in September 2023.

When he’s not at Aven or Al tries to spend as much time as possible at home with his 3 young children Harper, Sienna and Jaxon and enjoys walking along the coast in Heysham or visiting the Lake district

This is Excellent opportunity for somebody who wants to join a small friendly team working at 3AA 🏵️ level

- Front of house team member (20-30 hours)
- Restaurant Supervisor (25-35 hours)
- Kitchen Porter (10-20 hours)
- Cleaner/Restaurant Porter (8-12 hours)

Everybody say HI to Sanuli 👋

Sanuli has been with Aven since the start of our journey and is a key player in Sam’s front of house team

Sanuli will soon be splitting her time between Aven and Fell as she has just PASSED her driving test 🚗 so HUGE CONGRATULATIONS are definitely in order 🥂

In her free time Sanuli enjoys dancing 💃 entering lots of dance competitions often coming in🥇 (not that she likes to brag 😉)

Thank you Sanuli for all of your hard work and support at Aven and we can’t wait to have you helping out at Fell

We understand coming out to a fine dining restaurant is now a luxury more than ever so we’ve had a tweak around and reduced the price to £69 to make Aven more accessible, we will still be offering our set menu at £49 for both lunch and dinner

Lancashire flavours menu is all about supporting small local businesses and we will be using partners from all of Lancashire. As well as making the most of our foraging hot spots

not only keeps us stocked with a great selection of beer for our beer flights but let us have their spent (leftover) grains

The grains are a key ingredient in making our spent grain bread 🥖 which we serve to each of our guests at Aven as well as selling on our online store
