After a good few weeks of feeling very up and down due to a something going on that was completely out of my control..I’ve decided to take back the power and only focus on what IS in my control.
Focusing daily on doing what makes me feel good,
Focusing on enjoying my training, moving my body but not battering it to a point of permanent doms,
Focusing on eating a good nutritious diet,
Focusing on health, making sure I take care of the inside and not having the main goal as my physique looking good on the outside.
I really neglected these things previously and trust me, I felt it😅
Sometimes you have to take a step back and apply gratitude. We have the ability so implement these things and work on ourselves daily.
If that’s not a win I don’t know what is!

Routine is key when it comes to being successful at anything! Winging it and hoping everything will fall into place is setting yourself up for failure.
Consistently doing the same thing over and over, even when it’s hard, turns those little habits into routine✨
Here are my top tips for setting a good routine⬇️
✨Wake up early and have a morning routine! If it’s reading, going for a walk, going to the gym or even some morning meditation. This will give you time in the morning for you! Time to reflect and set you up for the day ahead.
✨Plan your day! If you have a million and one things to get done in a day scheduling time for each task will help eliminate what could become very stressful. Write it down so you can clearly see what needs to be done.
✨Avoid distractions! This could be as simple as switching your phone off when you’re busy.
✨Stay focused! Keep your goals in mind. Even when things get hard and you don’t want to do something, remember your why!

Putting on weight when you’re naturally super lean. HARD
Putting on muscle, progressing your lifts and pushing food when your not hungry. HARD
Dieting, food getting lower and cardio getting higher, energy levels dipping but still having to perform. HARD
This may not sound very attractive but you know what else is hard?
