Covering up old faded microblading with fresh machine powder brows 🤌 Rebalancing colour and shape and achieving this stunning result 😍
Treatment time- Up to 2 hours (majority of time is used deciding on colour/shape/pre drawing shape/discussing after care etc. Needle on skin time is less than 1 hour.)
Cost- £230
Discomfort- Very minimal, numbing is used for most of the treatment and I've had clients fall asleep during!

This set on the lovely Claire were designed to look similar to her usual tints, we kept her shape full and flattering, used a combination of microbladed strokes & machine shading and choose a mid brown to keep in line with her preferences and colouring. These will soften by approx 30-40% once fully healed.

✨️Machine Powder Brows✨️

What is it?- A form of semi permanent makeup that uses a machine and a tiny single needle to create pixels of pigment across the brow. This gives a soft tinted look to the brow.

More info- Powder brows (also known as machine brows or tattooed brows) have advanced hugely in recent years and now offer a beautiful natural looking solution to sparse, uneven brows.

Pros- More stable than microblading alone. Suitable for all skin types and lifestyles. Will not blur. Offers a stunning tinted look to the brows with no maintenance needed. Lasts longer than microblading. Very minimal discomfort during treatment.
Can also be combined with some microbladed strokes (known as combination brows).

Treatment time- Approx 2 hrs.
Treatment cost- £230 (includes initial 8 week top up.)

Long term care- Top ups will be needed every 12-18 months to boost colour.

Sometimes removal of old pigment may be needed before new pigment can be added because there is only so much room in the skin so to get the best results we need to first make some room!

✨️Microblading✨️

What is it?- The creation of small hair like strokes using special pigments, a hand held manual tool and a blade made of tiny needles to fill in sparse brows.

More info- Microblading is designed to look super natural and blend in with the natural hairs of the brow. Strokes are individually designed and placed with the aim of adding fullness and filling in any patches of missing hair.

Pros- The most natural looking semi permanent makeup option. Fine strokes blend in seamlessly with natural hair. A soft, fluffy look.

Cons- Not suitable for everyone. Microblading can blur over time on some skins and those with very oily skin or very active lifestyles may struggle with long term retention.

Treatment time- Approx 1.5 hrs.
Treatment cost- £185 (includes initial 6-8 week top up.)

Long term care- Top ups will be needed every 6-18 months to keep microblading looking fresh. Eventually over the years some removal of pigment may be needed before top up to make room for new pigment in the skin. Or eventually some people may choose to switch over to a powder brow option.

My biggest brow challenge so far! Sophie was missing large chunks of hair at the heads and tails of her brows and no amount of tinting or shaping was ever going to offer a true solution. So Sophie has been patiently waiting to get semi permanent brows and today we finally transformed them!
We did a combination brow (machine powder brows with a few soft microbladed strokes.)
This offers a much more stable long term result than microblading alone and allows us to fill in all those missing patches. These are freshly done so appear slightly warmer and bolder than they will be once fully healed, and once healed they will last 12-18 months before a top up is needed.
If you have brows youre unhappy with or if you simply love the idea of waking up with perfect brows that look tinted all the time then a powder/combo brow is for you 💯🙌
