Very excited to be collaborating with Kim Richards of Body Balance Gym and holding a Summer Solstice, Full Moon gong and sound bath on Friday 21st June, 6.30pm-8pm. We will also be using some Bach flower essences to add a further layer to the experience.

Evening all! We have one place come available for the flower essence gong and sound bath tomorrow night (Sunday 2nd). It is in Willow Yurt, Emborough from 7pm-8.15pm. I will be introducing 4 Bach essences to support us with overwhelm and feelings associated with stress. It is £17 for the session with sound meditation..... do get in touch if you would like to come.

Hey everyone. Just an update re sound baths.... I have found the Sat afternoon isn't really working for many people so I am moving the New Moon gong and sound bath to Sunday eves (same as the Full Moon sound baths). This means that each month there will be a yurt sound bath every two weeks, always at 7pm on a Sunday. There will be occasional extra sound baths, so keep an eye out for those too.

Hopefully this is a nice clear method going forwards. There are only 7 places for each sound bath, so do book early.

The final one in May is fully booked but there are currently spaces for New Moon on 9th June and Full Moon on 23rd June.
