Strategies you could use while hunting for jobs 🔍
🔑 Why Keywords Matter:
Many job boards and company websites use algorithms to match job listings with the terms you enter in the search bar. By using the right keywords, you can significantly narrow down the results to find roles that are the perfect fit for you.
💼 How to Use Keywords Effectively:
Industry-specific Terms: Include words related to your profession (e.g., "UX Designer," "Project Manager").
Skills & Tools: Highlight your core skills and the tools you're proficient in (e.g., "Python," "Content Strategy").
Location & Remote Options: Add your desired location or "remote" if you’re open to remote work.
Job Titles Variants: Use different job titles that align with your experience (e.g., "Marketing Specialist" vs. "Marketing Coordinator").
✨ Pro Tip: Check job descriptions of roles you’re interested in and identify recurring terms. Use these as your keywords to tailor your search and even optimise your resume!
Start using keywords today, and see how your job search results improve! 🌟

I think I have shared something similar most years when there has been hot weather, but I think it's so important to remind people of safety precautions to take during the hot weather.
Remember to stay out of the sun during the peak hours 🔥(11:00 am - 2:00 pm)
Stay hydrated (an obvious one, but there are few people who drink enough water - me included...) 🚰
If you're working out, try to do it early in the morning, or after the sun has set. 💪
Wear SPF! We should wear it every day of the year, but it is especially important on days like today! 🧴
What are your top tips for the hot weather?
P.S: Keep your eyes peeled for some pictures from a special History Club outing we went to on Friday.

Good evening for your Monday, how has your first day of the week been? It is important to remember that the small steps that you take each day to bettering yourself are just as important as the big steps.
Are you looking for some food inspiration this weekend? Well, here is a summery recipe that I think looks particularly tasty:
Ingredients
4 wholemeal pittas, cut into triangles
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
125g pitted Kalamata olives, roughly chopped
½ large cucumber, chopped
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, finely sliced
20g fresh mint, torn
50g reduced-fat feta, crumbled
For the feta and avocado sauce
50g reduced-fat feta
1 avocado, halved, stoned and peeled
3 tbsp snipped chives
½ lemon, juiced
Method
Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200˚C, fan 180˚C. Spread the pitta triangles out on 2 large baking trays, drizzle with 2 tbsp of the oil and season with salt. Bake for 8-10 mins or until golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, put the olives, cucumber, tomato, onion, mint and feta in a bowl. Add the remaining olive oil, season and gently toss to combine.
To make the feta and avocado sauce, put all the ingredients and 125ml water in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
To serve, spread the pitta chips on a large plate. Top with the Greek salad mix and drizzle over the avocado sauce.
