We require a General Labourer to assist our team with construction work. We mainly install kitchens and bathrooms and complete large-scale property renovations and extensions in Reading and the surrounding areas. A typical day may involve heavy lifting, clearing of site, and loading skips.
• The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and have an active interest in the domestic side of the construction industry. No experience is necessary, but you must be reliable, hardworking, and have a keen eye for detail.
• You must have a good level of physical fitness and be motivated to work in all weathers.
• Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working in people’s homes. The right candidate will be well-mannered and a team player.
• Having your own vehicle is a bonus but not essential, as transport can be arranged.
• Rates dependent on age and experience.
