🔨 Big project in Caversham 🔨 new stair refurb with new newel posts, spindles and oak hand rails, new oak internal doors throughout! Electric Underfloor heating downstairs with new amtico flooring and downlights💡

⚡️ ⚡️ ⚡️ lots of electrical jobs to start the year off! new garden lighting, fuseboard upgrades, wriring controls for underfloor heating!

🔨 *Extension* 🔨 up and over a garage to create a new master bedroom and en-suite swipe for before’s ➡️

🔨 kitchen refurb! wall taken down to open up kitchen and dinning room to allow for a new breakfast bar peninsula 😍

🔨 Complete master en-suite refurb, bath taken out to optimise space to create a large wet room
