Posted • Sports massages with a view, ft james and Sambuka, and Rex 😂 🐶🐴 we have started doing two sessions of PT a week with following my ligament reconstruction, via hamstring graft, at the end of July.
I’m finally starting to feel strong enough to do more 💪🏻 next steps are getting on board coco in November ish..
on hand to support me through the journey of rebuilding the muscles in my right leg, lots of compensating muscle aches have been kept on top of thanks to Jamie 🙌🏻
