What a fabulous session!! We used electro acupuncture and oil massage to release the ankle, Achilles and tension in the plantar.

Not only has Steph sorted his ankle but saved his golf game too (and we all know how important golf is to Steph!!!)

This week Andy has been busy working with the wonderful MTF Coaching Academy, teaching and guiding youngsters on the importance of knife awareness and self defence.

We are always being asked if we are open on Saturdays, so going forward the plan is to offer at least one Saturday a month.

Such heartfelt words from a new client.

Hi folks,
We have a little notification for you all. Nothing huge, just that Steph will be taking some time out and away from the clinic soon.

After struggling with her hip and pain for a long while now, we have decided that the best remedy is time away from the clinic, with proper scheduled treatments and lots of rest.
As we have a rather full calendar for May already; she will be taking the whole of June off to focus on getting herself pain free and fighting fit again.

Steph will honour any existing bookings for June, but will not be adding in any more to the diary between the 28th May and 28th June.

She still has some availability for May, should you want to get booked in with her before she takes her break.

Andy will still be working and here to help anyone in need. You will just have to make do with less pointy elbows for a few weeks.

Just a little reminder on how good Kate's hayfever injections are.... 👍🏻👍🏻

It's been a long week and these wonderful words have really put a smile on my face and in my heart.

All either of us want to do is simply help, in any way that we can. We can't fix the world but we can hopefully help people to glow a little brighter.

It is a bit chilly outside and some of us will be seeing a bit of snow over the next few days so we have decided to warm ourselves up and start thinking about our sunny summer solstice weekend in Devon. 21st -23rd June 2024.

It is going to be so special and places are already being booked up.

We do have limited spaces so if you would like to know more or book your space, please let us know.

For those who would like to join us but are concerned about monies, we have payment options to help.

The weekend is going to consist of beautiful home cooked vegetarian meals (Andy is a fabulous cook), cacao ceremonies, where we will create our own individual cacao drinks and natural flavourings to suit, while setting intentions and giving thanks.

Andy will weave his sound healing magic, during the weekend, bringing relaxation, calm and healing to the mind body and spirit.
And for those who would like the opportunity to express themselves or capture their feelings, emotions or thoughts using colour and creativity Steph will be guiding and holding space while sharing her colour therapy knowledge and love of all things creative and expressive.

For those wanting to explore the power of toning for self healing Andy will share his knowledge and pass on the skills to do so.

This session included seated Tuina for neck shoulder and occiput tension, followed by a full back massage and NMR on the glutes.

We have been working with professional MMA fighter Luke Neale for a while and he has just sent through a video of his latest fight which is well worth a watch.

It's always a pleasure to have Luke in the clinic. With both Andy and myself having strong backgrounds in martial arts you can imagine the chats we have. 😆
We can't wait to get Luke back in the clinic to work out any tender bits and get the fire cups on ready for his next fight. 👊🏻

What a weekend!!!

Saturday started with a baby shower for our newest TTR and Monday Creative Club baby.
Congratulations Tanya, Dave and beautiful Isla!

(Hilariously three of us from club wore sparkly boots, so we had to take a piccy! )

Then, it was on to to hold our first evening soundbath at their venue in Solihull. There were tingles, lights, auras and even elephants! We left with huge smiles on our faces and everyone else went home chilled and completely zenned out.

Earlier this evening we were back in Astwood Bank at for our last local soundbath of the year. It was fabulous! Everyone was so cozy and relaxed afterwards that they didn't want to leave and even suggested a longer session.. 🙏😆

Andy is now on his way to Manchester to teach Masters Tuina all week and I (Steph), am on the couch with my laptop, and cup of tea, planning the fully booked week ahead and prepping client treatment plans.
