What a game today! We played in the heavy rain, but it didn't stop us. Top stuff Chewy, excellent saves Zally and everyone involved. The rain did not dampen everyone’s spirits. It was a great match for a great cause. The score finished 6-5 to Team Black against Team Pink, two teams made up of the late Alan Wormald’s family and friends.

Due to injuries, Zally, Chewy and Shalom swapped their usual Friday night run for a 5K walk. Remember, don’t let any excuse hold you back! If you want to achieve your goals, you have to go that extra mile and do whatever it takes. 💪

Another Friday, another 5K conquered! 💪 Despite facing some injuries during our weekday workouts, Chewy, Zally and Shalom didn't let anything hold them back today. They showed up, pushed their limits, and proved that determination conquers all excuses. Remember, in life, growth often comes from facing the uncomfortable head-on. Keep pushing, keep striving!

What an incredible Saturday morning at Scafell Pike with Chew, Habibur, Jed, Hobz, and Akkas! The views were absolutely breathtaking, making it a day to remember. Here's to more adventures and unforgettable moments with great friends!

What an incredible journey! Yesterday, myself and my council work colleagues conquered the breathtaking Mount Snowden in Wales, all for an amazing cause. With every step, we pushed ourselves to the limit, fueled by determination and a shared commitment to support Spring Hospice and Gaza. Each member of our team gave it their all, pouring in 100% effort and dedication. It's moments like these that remind us of the power of unity and the impact we can make when we come together for something meaningful. Feeling grateful and inspired by the experience!

Incredible dedication from Habibur this morning! Despite fasting, he embarked on a 5K morning walk all the way to Whitworth and back. Such determination and commitment are truly inspiring! Keep shining, Habibur!

Graham set himself a personal challenge to complete 31 miles in March, and today he conquered the last 3 miles (5k) to achieve it. Not only that, he joined us for a Ramadan run! Mashallah. Truly inspiring. He's a legend.

Chewy, Zally and Shalom totally crushed the 5k run right before iftar! It was hard, but their dedication and mindset showed us anything is possible. So proud! 💪

We had plans for a hike this morning, but sometimes life has different ideas. Instead, we ended up spontaneously turning it into a 5K run to keep up the momentum!
