Got a couple of great new beers on too. Thwaites Hargreaves pale ale on as a guest ale. Paradise No.3, is like neck oil , but better, on the bar permanently now!

We've got the semi final on tomorrow over 4 screens including the outside terrace!
Kitchen will be shutting a bit earlier, 7.30, so people can watch the game!

Every year it’s our pleasure to host something really really special with our friends Springhill Hospice, The Three Reservoir Ramble is a powerfully feel good experience & strangely emotional day for all of us here.

On SATURDAY 14th SEPTEMBER we’re once again setting our sights squarely on the hills as we are the start and end point for Springhill Hospice’s 3 Reservoir Ramble, a dreamy, scenic wander over the tops taking in the views on a fully marshalled 11km route that finishes, rather conveniently, in Greater Manchester’s best beer garden. There’s volunteers every step of the way to make sure you don’t get lost, all you need to do is register online through the link below, then on the day you can come meet us in the garden on to sign in, then it’s off over the tops for some feel good fresh air & cracking views before ending up back here for a brew & to collect your certificate & t-shirt.

It’s not a race, it’s not all that strenuous, you go at your own pace & take in the scenery, take a little time to enjoy a step out with your friends & family for an outrageously good cause. Now last year the mood was already top tier, the sun was out, the vibes were impeccable, but this time round we’re upping the ante once again, even more ramblers, the pre-walk butties & bakery are back, we’ve booked some incredible live music for once everyone makes it back, we’re firing up the bbq shed for our biggest beer garden bbq ever, cracking open the pergola Prosecco bar, just generally giving the day the welly it deserves. So if you’re rambling or just want to donate & enjoy the day with us we’d be thrilled to have you.

We’d love to see as many of you come & support this incredible charity with us as possible, it’s a beautiful thing to do something so very wholesome together.

Over the years we’ve been here we’ve known some truly special people that Springhill Hospice have cared for so incredibly, quietly giving comfort & dignity to those who needed it most. The work they do is selfless, it is humbling & it is infinitely kind and we are honoured to be part of their story, we hope you’ll join us in being part of it too.
