melody's milestones

So proud of you melody you actually went in the big pool with your siblings 🥰

Seeing as melody can't be referred for a mobilty buggy till two months time this should help with the buses when being asked why I can't collapse her pushchair 🧡

Melody's speech and language begins on the 20th March. Her understanding is amazing but she only barely says two words together but due to this p.11 chromosome duplication one of the symptoms is delayment in speech 💬

Melody was given some bunny splints to try but melody didn't agree with them and kept falling over and screaming when she wore them. 😪.

Because melody struggles to sit on the floor this is best chair for her when she is eating and she won't eat anywhere else. Xx

Is it cerebal palsy baby girl or is it not why can't you walk ????

This is melody's toes when she attempts to stand up. I don't quite understand how she is meant to balance when they are doing this 🤔

I have set up this page mainly so I can see the progress melody is making over time. But also to help any others who's children or know any children with similar health problems like melody. I want to keep a diary of all her appointments achievements and just to see how she progresses in her health.

So melody has not been able to.walk from the time she should of been walking following nhs standards we put it down to delayment but now melody is coming up to being 3 in May and still she's not walking. We are awaiting genetic testing on myself and her dad to see if we have the same double chromosome that she has.
