Sometimes i don’t pay enough attention to my first born 😝and by that I mean the Mother and Baby Balm.

This OG has worked its socks off for me for nearly 5 years.

Here we can see how efficiently it works to heal broken skin barrier from outside playing cold air hot hand washing etc.

This is my daughter and her hands over a period of a weekend, so by the time she went back to school the irritation had at least calmed.

The combination of apricot kernel, calendula and my personal hero arnica have proven once again to work, as it does time and time again.

Good morning all ⭐️

I have taken the decision to pause the sale of baby massage oils.

This is for a number of reasons really.

I never set out to run a wholesale business. I don’t have the experience, or woman power on my own to really navigate the supply chain, costings, the huge numbers I was dealing with have become overwhelming.

I still have two little ones at home and another side to this business I have been unable to give any focus to which I’ve missed.

I would like to thank you all for your massage oils business over the last 3 years, I have sent out 1000s. Good luck with your continuing businesses. Many of these I met during various lockdowns. What you did and continue to do for families is literally priceless.

My big thanks go to Jess who recommended me from day 1 to other practioners, to who always took such beautiful pictures of my golden oils.

Texture Tuesday, but this time it’s different…..

We are talking bikini lines.

Any areas of redness, inflamed skin, broken skin barrier….needs to be soothed and repaired.

Natural, oil based, and healing plant oils are what you need and we know, all areas of skin need this care.

I’m going to do a series about caring for area of skin that are more sensitive including bikini lines, scalp, underarms, children’s skin….and help you care for them.

Last week I asked you if you could name the very small % oil I was adding to the balm batch and so as not to keep you in suspense, the answer is….
VITAMIN E
The reason it is added to my products is as an antioxidant which will make your product last the 12 months it’s tested for.

Another name for Vitamin E is Tocopherol. As most of my products are oil based there is no need for a preservative. The Vitamin E is like a belt and braces approach 🤓.

Just a quick reminder about Baby Massage Oil

Golden jojoba oil does start to solidify in colder temperatures, it will look like tiny shards of ice in your bottle.

Once it comes up to room temperature the crystals will melt 💖.

It’s not just plain sunflower seed oil in bottles, that would be easy, cheap and not the best I can do for your babies.

The golden jojoba oil levels up the massage oil overall ensuring a wonderful experience for the baby and carer 💖.

Good morning my first no make up no filter selfie of the year!

My skin is dehydrated this morning so I am layering up the oils and moisturiser and will continue to do so throughout the day.

I know it’s cos I’m not drinking enough so will try and be better with that.

I took this picture about 8am and been spending the last few hours wondering whether to post. 🤪.

But post it I will as I hope it will make other people feel confident in their skin as I am learning to be in mine.
