Our Corner of the Caribbean....
Mandy's Favourites is where Caribbean flavours meet french techniques.
Our Head Pastry chef Laura has been classically trained in french patisserie with nearly a decade worth of experience working in Michelin starred restaurants, five starred hotels, Sports stadiums, and catering companies across London.
Here at Mandy's Favourites we use the finest & most authentic ingredients available to freshly bake all our products to order in small batches. Each one is then hand-decorated, boxed and wrapped to ensure freshness, so that you can enjoy the best Caribbean bakery experience you've ever had.
We love to bake bespoke cakes too so if you have a birthday cake, or wedding cakes order don't hesitate to contact us.
