It's the time of year when we reccomend you run your central heating for half an hour. It just gives the pump and valves etc a reminder how to work and hopefully they won't be seized up when the cold evenings arrive if they get a run now 🙋‍♂️🤓👍

We came across this today...not sure the white cable should be where it is 🤔🤣 and that the fuse board cover was off? We also found an electric shower being supplied by a full coil of cable (still wound) and run across the floor from another separate power supply in the building ( a hotel) apparently it Was all done by a qualified electrician?? Full of 💩 p**p...

The customer called to say they could smell gas...we found this 1.5 inch gas supply hidden under slabs in the patio path way, the leak was through pin holes, when we touched the pipe and it separated as in the picture without any force..one touch...now replaced, tested and reinstated....it's what we do..🧑‍🔧🤓👍 Focus Plumbing and Heating.

Today Mat and I were heading down Union Street in Ryde and I spotted in the road a Royal blue velvet pouch...we stopped and I asked Mat to go and pick it up.
Inside the bag was a jewelry box and Inside was a gold wedding ring. The pouch had a phone number on for HV Taylor and Son...funeral directors..We phoned and informed them what we had found and they asked if we could drop it off to them which we duly did.
It turns out that it was the wedding ring of a ladies late husband who had passed away and she had picked it up an hour earlier from the funeral directors and must have lost it while on the way to the florists.
It was very nice to receive a phone call this afternoon from the lady expressing thanks for finding and returning her late husbands wedding ring. 🧑‍🔧🤓👍..it's what we do....

Hi everyone! If you have an appliance on your countertop (rice cooker, air fryer etc) please make sure it is away from your plug sockets or heating programmers 🤦‍♂️👨‍🔧

And the smell of gas was coming from under some slabs and we found 1.5 inch badly rusted steel pipe run. No protection so we have to replace the whole pipe run. Really enjoyed this week off! Some amazing memories made with my family and I'm genuinely looking forward to getting back to the grind tomorrow. Got some big jobs in the pipeline and it's gonna be fun! 👨‍🔧

What a day! Had a call to a broken 15 year old Vaillant with some irreparable faults so in the bin it went and a nice shiny new Ideal Vogue Max replaced it.

We are so happy with this job and more importantly the customer is too.

Now the weather is warming up (🤞) and if you are looking at replacing your boiler then feel free to give us a call and we will be more than happy to come and sort it 👨‍🔧
