Received some comments from the customers saying we have fast delivery these few days. Thanks for all the support. We always try our best to delivery your order as soon as possible. However, there may have different unexpected can be happened, and make longer time for the delivery. Sometimes there are some road block during the night time, and drivers need to go another way or wait for longer time for the traffic light as the roads may become one way road. And also there is one thing important is that, please always try to leave an accurate phone number and address as these are very important to shorten the delivery time, and please make sure you have your phone with you especially if you live in apartment or if your doorbell is not working. Dear customers, sorry to make you disappointed these two days. We expected it would be busy as many customers want to celebrate with us for the Chinese new year! We got an extra delivery driver, and one more kitchen staff. We worked very hard and try to send the food asap. However, we didnt expect there is a group of people working hard as well, there are some Road blocks and construction. They cause longer time for the delivery. Sorry about it! Hope every one still enjoy the meal. Thank you!

Last night, we had 2 collection orders which had not been collected. We worked very hard for every order, and we worry about you! In the meantime, we waste our food. We feel so sad when we threw some of the food into the bin! Our Dearest customers, last 2020, it has been difficult for a lot of people and so it is for us. New year means new beginning we we are wishing all of you a Happy New Year. We, from Yooneek, are wishing all of you a prosperous and we are claiming that 2021 will be better for all of us.
