We held our company away day at Emberton Park on Friday - and boy did the sun shine!!! ☀ 🌡

We got very competitive with a spot of archery, rounders and a few other games. Loads of good food and excellent company...thanks to all our amazing staff who came along to enjoy the fun 👏

Interdirect were delighted to attend the first Socius Impact Showcase event yesterday.

Members of the Socius team including Barry Jessup, Olaide Oboh and Liam Ronan-Chlond were joined by social impact leaders from Savills, Hatch and ACH Refugee Integration Services Provider, to share the positive impact Socius has made through their mixed use developments over the past year. This includes the planned MK Gateway site which is set to deliver almost £300 million in social value over the next 20 years.

Social value is changing the narrative in the planning process and this event was key to understanding how this is measured, and how the needs of local communities are assessed to create positive social impact.

Our MD, Nicholas Mann was very honoured to attend the official civic reception on Tuesday evening to award Lionesses captain, Leah Williamson, the Freedom of the City of Milton Keynes by Milton Keynes City Council 👏⚽️

Leah was born in Newport Pagnell and champions Milton Keynes wherever she plays and travels around the world. She's an excellent ambassador for the city and a role-model for young people everywhere.
