Crafty Purple Frog

Hello lovely people,
I hope you are all having a good day so far. This little duo is is a digi stamp set from called Merwee Christmas: Calvin and Eve. Although this set was a Christmas release I think it could work for other times of the year like Valentines or just anniversaries. What do you think? 🤔
I coloured these cuties with a mix of copics and Ohuhu markers.

I love this little princess so just had to colour her up and I thought it would be nice if she could go out for a nice walk rather than being stuck in the castle. She is an adorable digi stamp from so you can get her instantly. She is called Little Princesses: Williamina.
For the background I used a Sweet November Stamps clear stamp called wildflower meadow and the sentiment is from another clear stamp set called Royal Treatment.
To colour the background I used an awesome youtube video by my fellow Sweet November Stamps DT member . It was so much fun to colour along with her video and it saved me having to workout what colours to use. If you haven't seen her YouTube channel yet make sure you check it out :)

For this card I was totally inspired by the live colouring that if you missed you can watch anytime on the Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook group. I combined two of the lives for this card. One colouring up the little grimmy from the latest clear stamp release. The other was a video colouring up the background but I used the lil' grimmy rather than the trick or treaters that Amy used. All of these stamps are available now from the Crafty Purple Frog store here in the UK or if you are the other side of the pond you can get them direct from Sweet November Stamps in the US.
I had so much fun colouring this up and it was so easy with the help of Amy's brilliant videos. I didn't have to work out what colours to use or where to put them I could just follow it pausing anytime I needed to so I could keep up.
If you haven't already seen the Adventures in colouring group I can not recommend it highly enough. Amy colours a whole range of different stamps and scenes so there really is something for everyone.

I have a slight break from Halloween for you today with my card featuring the beautiful May flowers: Lizzie digi stamp that you can find right now over at the shop. I combined her with a sentiment from a Sweet November Stamps clear stamp set called Bountiful blessings: Thanks a bunch and some sequins from the Sweet November Stamps Raspberry Lemonade sequin mix. I coloured this beauty with a mix of copic and Ohuhu alcohol markers.

This stamp is from Moonlight Whispers - Illustrations by Annie Rodrigue and is called the darkest depths. I wanted to change her up and give her a pastel feel. She was so much fun to colour up and I just had to add the pearls for that little touch of extra texture.

How fun is this stamp from the brilliant Moonlight Whispers - Illustrations by Annie Rodrigue. I just had to get her all coloured up. I used to do a bit of roller blading when I was younger and I loved it. Did you do any sports when you were younger that you would like to have a go at again now?

How super cute is this little penguin? I thought he was definitely deserving of being the main focus of a card. He is an adorable part of a digi stamp set from called Harbor Sunnyshore with Rocky, Jetty and Hopper. This little penguin and his friends are not really the main focus of this set but I just couldn't resit making him the main event. I LOVE the way that Sweet November Stamps have these extra images in with their stamps both clear and digi that can be used separately as well as with the main focal images.
The papers I have used here are from a very old Stampin' Up paper pack and the sentiment is from the Sweet November Stamps clear stamp set called Go with the flow.

This stunning mermaid is a clear stamp from and I coloured her up with copics before then using these beautiful papers from the Grace & Beauty pack from Love to Craft to really set her off. You can get the papers and the clear stamp right now in the Crafty Purple Frog store along with the sentiment which is another clear stamp also from November Stamps from the Mermees #2 set. To finish the card off I just added some wobbly white lines as a border and the pearls scattered across the card to add some dimension and texture.

Sometimes in life we just have to roll with what we get thrown our way. I just hope that I can have as much fun rolling with it as this Skateboard Kate is having. This fun stamp is from the brilliant Moonlight Whispers - Illustrations by Annie Rodrigue and you can get her direct from the Moonlight Whispers store or from my Crafty Purple Frog store here in the UK. I kept my card for her very simple and just added a sentiment from another Moonlight Whispers Stamp set called "Rollin' back to the 90's"

There is just something about this Love to Craft Buds & Blooms paper pad that I can not get enough of. I really love the blue and orange colours they combine in it. I am ecited to say that you can now get your hands on these Love to craft Paper pads from the Crafty Purple Frog store.
For this card I have added the adorable bunny from (also available in the Crafty Purple Frog store) as my main focus and just done some very quick and simple copic colouring of it. It is from the Veg out stamp set that also includes this sentiment.

This is a pretty little digi stamp from she is called Poinsettia Fairy but that doesn't mean she is only for Christmas. I hope you agree that she can pull off this colour combination to make her the perfect fit all year round :D

This super cute little fairy and her caterpillar friend are just out and about exploring the forest in the lovely weather we are having. I made this whole scene with digi stamps from and I am so pleased with the way it turned out. The little fairy and her friend are called Viola and Hugo and that tree house is the cozy fall critters tree house.

This fun fairy is busy writing to her pen pal. Have you seen that there are monthly card swaps that happen over in the Friends of Sweet November Stamps Facebook group?
