SHOP CLOSING THIS FRIDAY!

I will be closing my shop temporarily this Friday in preparation for StationeryFest. I will be taking some extra time off as we will be moving on the 2nd July. I need to be sure my office will be set up & all stock counted and organised before I open back up! I finally tested out my new surecolor sublimation printer last night and to say I’m happy with the results is an understatement! I love how this mug turned out 🥹❤️ I will be testing some other products soon so watch this space! 🤩🙌

📖📚STORYTIME📚📖

Sit down, grab a cuppa.. this may be a long one 🙌🫠😂

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been a creative person! Using my time after school, at weekends and in the school holidays, I would sew cross stitching patterns, draw pictures on my whiteboard, complete jigsaws & fill in numerous colouring books. Creativity has always been a huge part of my life! Growing up, I moved towards reading & writing whilst still enjoying painting, sewing and drawing - my favourite subject in secondary school was textiles and love to see my drawings and creations come to life! Even if I was dragging my mum to Boyes every weekend to get more supplies 😅 it’s not a cheap hobby I can tell you that much 😂🙌

Fast forward to 2021 and, after studying, working in retail for umpteen years, and having my first child, I had very little time to really engage in my creative hobbies as much as I had liked to! As it was creeping up to my 30th birthday, Michael asked me if there was anything I’d like. In the October, I discovered Cricut and all the glorious things it could do & Michael didn’t hesitate - he knew I wanted it & that was what he got me! I started playing with it & seeing what it could do & couldn’t help but share little bits on my social media as I was so excited by it!
My friend saw what I was able to create and really wanted my help with doing some decorations for her & her partner’s western themed birthday party (shout out to ) and I was more than happy to help out! So many people supported my little creations and kept saying that I should make a little business out of it.. and guess what? That’s exactly what I did! 😂🙌

So on the 15th October 2022, I launched my Etsy shop & that’s when Camillafy (rhymes with hi) was officially born! So now, as well as working part time and being a mummy to 2 incredible girls, I get to live out my little dream of providing uplifting stationery and accessories to you lovely lot! 😘❤️
