Why go for cheap or cheapest? When it comes to property it is probably the biggest investment you will ever make so why scrimp? Yes get more than one quote but never be driven by cheap/ cheapest. More than likely ‘cheap’ will be compromising on vital parts of your project and if you build right most likely you will build once with minimal maintenance and running costs/ headaches/ stress.
Look for recommendations of previous work and seek out these personally, the definition of cheap is to be “ low in price especially to similar items or services” ... at what cost further down the line though ?? Today Victoria Road was cleaned ( again!) completed and photographed, this is the latest 5 bed house share/ co-living project from Venue Property Group Ltd, its an amazing 4 bathroom home and ready to be loved and lived in😍 We couldn’t be more pleased and grateful to everyone who took part.
