We would be grateful if you could take some time to answer the following short survey: https://forms.gle/1x34T56QLH8SkQW16
‘Playzones’ are being funded by the Football Foundation who are a significant investor in football related facilities across the country plus they have some government funding too. ‘Playzones’ are essentially a form of ‘Multi Use Game Areas’ that are specifically designed for football and at least 1 other activity. These facilities are not just meant to be used by children or people already interested in sports, they are meant as community spaces, so can be used by everyone, all ages and all abilities!
The purpose of the survey is to gather information on the following:
Our community’s current activity levels
Would they use new outdoor physical activity and sports facilities
Where they would like to see these facilities located
What activities would they like to do in the new facilities, with whom and when
What they see as the benefits and consequences of these new facilities
Please feel free to share the link onto your friends, family, and other contacts you have who may like to share their feedback too.

We wanted to let you know about some of the wonderful groups that have received funding so far from SeeChange.
First in the spotlight is Scarborough & Ryedale Community Cycles. They are a group that provide the use cycles that they bring back to life to donated, unwanted cycles. The group of dedicated volunteers maintain the cycles to make sure they are roadworthy and suitable for riding in Scarborough. They are also affiliated with Dolby Forest, providing rides for people living with dementia. The community of Scarborough have access to many cycles that are stored and maintained in the former Old Prison of Scarborough. You can follow them: Scarborough & Ryedale Community Cycling
