Horton Housing runs Selby STAY Well and Horton Wellbeing Café across the Selby district.
At one of our schemes tenants learned how to cook fish pie this week. They used white fish, salmon, squid, mussels, crab, chili prawns, and smoked fish to make the pie, which they served alongside parsley side, green beans, cheese and crusty bread and butter.
They loved their food and still had some left over for the next day.
To celebrate our wonderful county, we brought together some members of our staff to share their favourite Yorkshire phrases.
