We opened our first restaurant in Sheerness in January 2023.
Since then, we’ve become a hit with locals who love our menu and we have received over 100 positive feedback forms from customers. We’re all about bringing people together to
enjoy delicious food, in a sophisticated setting– whatever the occasion.

THE ROLE

As a Kitchen Assistant you will:
• Help our head cook by preparing basic dishes
• Help your Head Cook during service
• Make sure the kitchen is always ready for service
• Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the Islands favourite place to eat
• Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return

We love drive and enthusiasm. If you’re hoping to become a chef one day,
this role is the perfect starting point.

THE LOCATION

Located in the heart of Sheerness town centre within easy reach of the Train station and served by local bus services; Carlyle’s Sheerness is easy to spot from
The towns clock with its warm colours and comfortable furnishings has a cosy, welcoming feel.
