After Jack finished his level 2 Commis Chef with a distinction, he is now starting his Level 3 Chef de Partie. Jack has continued to grow at Banks including taking on extra responsibilities and coming up with lots of ideas.

We have a new Apprentice 👨‍🍳Max has been with us since April and has now started his Level 2 Commis Chef. We wish him all the luck as he begins his learning Journey.

1) The first course: A Goats cheese and caramelised onion tart, served with chicory leaf, pomegranate and balsamic glaze.

2)The main course: Calves Liver & Bacon, served with creamed potato, tender-stem broccoli and jus.

3)The finale: Our mint chocolate cheesecake.
