As you know the rules and regulations have changed and it's no longer a legal requirement to wear a mask in the salon, BUT looking at the amount of small businesses that are having to close and are short staffed due to being pinged via Track / Trace and having to isolate, We have decided to continue wearing our masks during your services here at Planet. As you can imagine we have had hundreds of calls to make (some of which went to answer machines ect) so please get in touch if you are still waiting to hear from us or if you want to make an appointment.

PLANET UPDATE🌎💫

Over the next week we will start to contact clients to be booked in from the 12th April. Any clients who have missed existing appointments will be contacted first and then we will work through our waiting list. If you still would like to be added to the list, please direct message us with your contact number, preferred stylist and service required.

Colour clients please note, along with the rest of the hairdressing industry, we now have new legal regulations + guidance for allergy alert testing (skin tests). EVERY COLOUR CLIENT will need an allergy test at least 48 hours before there colour appointment. We are not allowed to do any skin tests before the 12th April and so will not start any colour services until the 14th. Going forward all clients will now have to have a skin test every 6 months, this will need to be signed for by you and kept on our records for 6 years - we appreciate that you will work with us to keep everybody safe.
