A massive thank you to everyone that’s cancelled their hair appointments in good time so I’m more likely to fill the slot for someone else. It’s so helpful plus I don’t need to have that awkward conversation about asking customers to pay me if they cancel on the day of their appointment.
So with that, I’ve got scattered availability most days this week and next so if you’re wanting a pamper or just neeeed to get your hair coloured or cut please get in touch.
Keep that call ringing as I’m sometimes in the colour room mixing or part way through applying that all important foil.

This is not an easy decision as I know we all have such busy lives, and sometimes things happen that is out of our control, but it’s not easy for me either so I have a new policy in place….and I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your custom and support. x

I’m sadly having more & more people not turn up for their hair appointments so I’m feeling forced in joining many other companies policies in asking those people for the money that I’ve lost in not doing the work.
It is hard for me to ask but at the moment I’m turning new customers away and having to ask regular customers to wait weeks to get an appointment with me so these are the reasons why I’m having to ask for the moneys.
I hope that people can see the position I’m in with having to do this……

The police can’t obviously disclose any info so I don’t know when I can gain access…..?

I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who has read my messages and written such kind, heartfelt loving messages. It’s actually hard for me to read them as things are still a little raw, and its being overwhelming how many of you have written to me.
It makes it even harder when people are so kind, they’re all such lovely words. So again I thank you all.
I’m back in the salon so to all those who I cancelled over the last two weeks, please can you kindly give me a call at the salon when you can - if you need me.
I’m finding it almost impossible to get time in between clients services and it not being too late into the evening to make all the calls I need to make to find a convenient time to get you in for your hair.

I’m sorry that this isn’t going to be a hair related post - as at the moment I’ve decided to take some time off from working to be with my family, we are taking each day as it comes with regards to my Dad’s health.
We have been staying beside him by his hospital bed each day & night since Monday and will continue to do so.
I am not comfortable to leave him, we want to stay close to him at this worrying time.
Each day my wife is contacting people to inform each person of any cancellations I need to make, because we are seeing how things are each day & night, we never really know what to do.
All of you who really know me, know how much you all mean to me, and how much I love seeing you all and providing the service I strive to provide for you. So when I say I totally understand you need a hair cut and if you need to go elsewhere to get your cut or colour service done there is no hard feelings at all.
I will endeavour to call you all back when I can sit elsewhere, other than the hospital ward and I will try my hardest to get you booked in.
When I am back, I’ll be looking at coming in extra on Tuesdays & possibly Sundays for a few hours a day to accommodate as many of you as I possibly can.
Thank you all for your loyalty and the support that you provide to me and my family at this worrying time.
