It’s been almost a week and we needed it to recover from that! What a bloody corker!

We want to thank all the amazing artists who came and performed! We would like to thank raze soundsystem for providing us the best equipment in the galaxy and running the unreal lighting. Thank you to Dryad for hosting us! Thank you for those who came and added fabulous LED and Fire shoes, really topped it all off!

Most of all thank you all for coming, without you this would have just been a few fools siping rum and causing earthquakes for nothing!

BassOff 6 was a blast - possibly our best yet! Once again, we COMPLETELY sold out the wonderful who even opened another cool outside area to provide extra comfort for us all.

A coupe of special thank yous are due for Southbank which is definitely one of our top choices- a truly unique and characterful venue with a lovely team. Thank you to the crew who ran the sound to total perfection. Thank you to all our marvellous artists who travelled from across the country to provide a night of exceptional tunes. The sun is finally shining - at least for now - and so it seems appropriate to reveal our latest seasonal escapade:

☀️BassOff 6 – The SUMMER SHINDIG!☀️

Located at Southbank Warehouse, the weird and wonderful venue that has been our host for the past two events 🏠 We are gassed to announce that the infamous Raze Soundsystem will be providing the rig 🔊. This Sheffield based Soundsystem has proved its might all around the world, powering many notable occasions including Outlook festival in Croatia, to Boomtown festival at home.

As usual, we are bringing a diverse line-up that features some of our favourite selectors from the UK’s underground scene.

Napes 🔸 This man needs no introduction...but were giving him one anyway! Emerging from London, has very quickly risen to fame in the scene. With heavy grime influences, Napes’ productions showcase a distinctive style of technical Jungle, DNB and 140. Napes has captured the attention of millions of listeners with numerous highly acclaimed releases, including “Full English” with Jappa, which recently reached number 1 in the Beatport’s DNB charts. As a DJ, Napes is equally impressive. He recently showcased his skill behind the decks during a notorious B2B with Sully, and a Solo set at Boomtown which packed out so fast we couldn’t even get in!

Selector Spinach 🔸 This Devon based Producer/DJ is a Selector by name, and a rudebwoy selector by nature! Selector Spinach has been DJ’ing for over a decade and has become a staple figure in the scene. Garage, Drum & Bass, Jungle, and JungleTek; this mans completed it! Whether performing solo or as part of the illusive trio alongside our previous headliner, Mooreman, has proven himself as a force to be reckoned with.

Tropigyal B2B Hippycrit ( Takeover) 🔸 This duo has been tearin’ up the west Yorkshire scene over recent years, both playing sets and hosting their own wicked shindigs as ‘Frequencies events’. Reppin the Leeds massive with pride, these two will be providing us with their scrumptious selection of bouncin’ 4x4 bangers that will turn the dancefloor into a magnet!

💘 Mooreman
Member of the illusive and a DJ/producer based in the South-West. He has been producing Jungle, DNB and Jungletek for years and has become a staple figure in the scene. Whether playing at a freeparty, a festival or a nightclub, Mooreman packs energy and surprise into his sets like nobody else. He has releases on labels that include Amen4Tekno, NSA, Beetroot and Inkripted. We welcome him for his debut gig in Sheffield!

💘 Sariuo
Sariuo is London based junglist who has been producing rave music and spinning records for nearly a decade. Whether he has a licence to kill is debated but one thing’s for sure, Sariuo takes no prisoners when engaging in jungle warfare! He has many digital and vinyl releases on labels that include UKJ, SATTA Sounds, Scared Money, Monkey Business and Unity Session's. This is also his debut in Sheffield!

💘 Squalourman B2B Groovy Boof
Best buddies and rudeboy selectors- these two bring 4x4 Freeparty flavours that will even get the bar staff running for the dancefloor! Groovy Boof ran the wicked "Bounce by the Ounce" in Sheffield 2022 and has since moved to Bristol. Squalorman runs Bristol based Disjointed records along with Interference, selling out the notorious Trinity Centre at his most recent event. We can't wait to welcome our boys back to the steel city!
