National Fitness Day - 18 September

Tiny tumblers (Aged 0-5 )
10.45am - 11.30am and 2.00pm - 2.45pm - Mixed, mini gymnastics sessions.

Gymnastics ( Aged 5-12)
4.00pm - 4.45pm and 5.00pm - 5.45pm - Mixed ages and ability sessions that are designed to improve co-ordination, balance and flexibility whilst using gymnastic equipment.

Functional Fitness
6.45pm-7.30pm – Bigger and Better! Take this circuit training class to another level in our Main Sports Hall.

Clubbersize
7.45pm-8.30pm – Join us for this dance full body workout in the Main Sport Hall. Bring glowsticks if you have them

This friday is the last summer holiday class at the time of 9am next week we'll be back to our original time of 9.15am 💥

If you'd like to join is for some fun for the kids and fitness for the adults. An active morning that doesn't cost an arm and a leg (it makes them stronger 💪🤣)

Kids can stay in the soft play area up to 10.30am afterwards.

£8 per parent & child £2 per additional child .

Quid a kid racket sports

Play squash, badminton, racketball, pickleball, soft tennis – the choice is yours! Book in advance at reception. (Adults are welcome to join in).

Please check before turning up as other activities may be on. 45 minute sessions.

A fun and exciting mixed session using different pieces of equipment to engage with toddlers and improve balance and co-ordination

HIIT exercise class held in the (cleared) seating area of the soft play whilst the little ones can play 🫶

Exclusive access whilst the class is on from 9am to 10am with extended access on the soft play up to 10.30am allowing time to grab a drink and let the little ones continue to play.

The room is fully air-conditioned ❄️🙌
