With Ramadan well underway, this mango smoothie recipe is sure to keep you sustained throughout the day 🥭.

-Peel 2 small mangos and chop into chunks
-Get 3 tbsp of natural or Greek yoghurt
-250ml of milk (whole or plant based)
-1 frozen banana
-1 tsp of chia seeds
-1 tbsp of raw honey
-1 tsp of bee pollen
