Join our Running Past 50 group to to the test Scott's Kinabalu 3. The session includes drills and mobility exercises, along with a steady run along the canal, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Movement Assessment & Gait Analysis Appointments availability!!

Working with one of our trained professionals, your movement and running gait will be analysed with Slow Motion Video, using Dartfish – a world leader in sports movement analysis.

Your running gait will be videoed from different angels while you move through the different speeds. This will then get played back to you, analysed, and discussed. We will work with you to discover the opportunities and areas you have to improve. Key areas we will look at are Body position, Foot Strike, Arm carriage, Torso rotation, along with pelvis position and stability.

Just over 2 weeks till we conclude this years Gritstone Series at Eyam fell Race.

Entries are still available, you don't want to miss out on it. The Eyam Fell Race is the latest addition to the 2024 Gritstone Series. We believe Eyam embodies the essence of the Gritstone Series and serves as an excellent finale. The event kicks off with a junior race at 5:45 pm for 11-16 year-olds, followed by the main race.

Here we are... soon approaching the Finale of the Gritstone Series, Eyam Fell Race.

Eyam Fell race is a new edition to the 2024 Gritstone series, we feel Eyam epitomizes all the Gritstone series is and is a great event to finish at. There is a junior race 5:45pm for 11-16 year olds then the race begins.

There will be a BBQ and bar in the courtyard at the end. It’s a super friendly event with lots of marshals, so suitable for a wide range of abilities and experience. If you are new to fell running, try it out!

Plus, we will be back on the road with our Accelerate tent to conclude the Gritstone Series 2024. We hope you're as excited as we are!!!

Brilliant evening, cheering on all the runners at Salt Cellar fell race, the penultimate race in the Gritstone Series. Well done all and big thank you to the race organiser and marshals.

Salt Cellar Fell race is race 5/6 in the Gritstone Series. It's Run by Steel City Striders, a proper fell race up Derwent edge with mud and over grown paths. You might be lucky this year and miss the mud!!

Thursdays Woodrun runners got the chance to experience the new Experience Wild trail shoe.
The shoes grip, comfort and toe room were all spoken highly of in-between the technique drills and transition session whilst on a run round the woodland trails.

Our Running Past 50 group were out at the Olympic Legacy Park this morning with providing some of their signature Footshape fit running shoes.

The Olympus 2 and the all new 4mm drop Experience Flow which proved very popular.
