I am absolutely over the moon to tell you all that after 10 long years in the industry, I have officially (FINALLY) picked up the keys for my very own private Personal Training Studio in Sheffield. Well, in joint force with the bestie!! 💯

Are you desperate to get back to some sort of fitness post baby but have little or no childcare or just don’t know where to start? Regardless of exercise experience, I can help you?

I offer Mum and Baby Personal Training sessions where you bring babe along. There is door front parking, pushchair access & storage and a private room to change baby. You will have your sessions in a private gym space so no fighting for equipment, feeling watched or being conscious of how the little one is behaving 🤪

I want to make this accessible for as many Mamas as possible to really help you get back to feeling amazing therefore sessions are hugely discounted from regular Personal Training. You will however receive the same personalised programming to ensure we are working towards YOUR goals, this includes Nutrition.
