This Corsa came through our messages recently. Not something we would usually take on since most are abused and don’t even run correctly but this little example was the opposite.

With some slight modifications such as a Forge Diverter, sports cat, performance intake.

After seeing its previous tune we did a complete makeover on this one and added in some abso features. 💥💥

Straight away the power delivery was much smoother and stronger through the entire rev range and improved general drivability. Along with the extra bangs and gargles, for a corsa it’s not bad 😜

The owner of this Leon recently came back from “Mexico” and was upset to find he had a speed limiter at 140.

After a bit of magic we gave this Leon CR 184 (Charge Cooled) a very spirited power boost and said farewell to that speed limiter aswell as the DPF & EGR.

After a quiet week last week, we’re back at it with a retune and gearbox tune on this Audi S3.

Tuned previously by somewhere else and two turbos later, we dropped by and got this S3 back to a brilliant driving experience.

With a consistent power output across the gear range and the added perks of a gearbox tune, this customer can have a great driving experience without worrying when it’s going to blow another turbo or worse…

Phone call from one of the lads, “I’m buying a car but it’s got some damage. It’s had a big curb hit can we fix it outside the sellers house”

Turns out it had the parts in the boot excluding a drop link and track rod.

Fair to say after a quick trip to the local euros 🤮
It’s back together.

4 hour ordeal with already rounded bolts, spinning captive nuts and seized brake pipe.

Just waiting on the correct driveshaft but that’s a job for tomorrow 🤙

This 2012 Civic had a visit from us today. Although not exactly “slow” to begin with, after tuning this little civic has a bit more get up and go.

Hiding behind the airbox being the EDC17CP50 we had to pin up directly to the ecu since there wasn’t a obd protocol available.

Flat spots eliminated ✅
MPG Increased✅
Throttle response improved✅

150BHP ➡️ 200BHP
260LBFT ➡️ 300LBFT

1.4T Astra J, these little engines aren’t the most powerful but with a cheeky tune from us, not only do we get a consistent power increase but general drivability is much more improved!

From its original 120hp (ish) to a more pleasing 145hp, plus a torque increase of around 30lbft.

These aren’t huge numbers but we don’t disappoint!

We also did a brief health check and have the vehicle booked in soon for a timing chain and a rocker gasket (typical leaky Vauxhall)

Original turbo has snapped its shaft and almost ran away on its own oil 😢

Owner supplied his own 2nd hand turbo (not recommended but got the job done)

520D MSport 181HP for a stage 1 and EGR software solution.

Diagnostic showed on arrival the egr had been having some issues despite being replaced by BMW couple years prior.

We’ve taken this lovely motor to an estimated 230bhp and 345lbft of torque.

After a short test drive the customer was happy with the outcome especially with a very twitchy rear end compared to before.

Paired with the 8 speed auto gearbox we would expect to see some good mpg gains aswell!
