Hours: 16 hours per week, across 3 days (rotating schedule, including weekends)

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tearoom Assistant to join our team!

About Us:
We pride ourselves on serving delicious baked goods, freshly prepared food, and quality beverages in a cozy environment. We aim to create memorable experiences for our customers, and we need your help to make it happen!

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with morning baking tasks (training provided, no baking experience required, but it would be beneficial)
- Prepare food and customer orders with attention to detail
- Serve customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Operate a coffee machine and prepare drinks (training will be provided)
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the tearoom
- Wash pots and assist in the general running and organisation of the tearoom

Requirements:

- A positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in a café or food service setting is a plus.

Schedule:
- This position offers 16 hours of work per week, spread across three days with a rotating schedule over 7 days.
- Earliest start time: 9 AM
- Latest finish time: 4 PM
- Flexibility with hours is required as they will vary.

Yesterday we were visited by Sheffield city council environmental health inspector and I’m really pleased to announce that we got five stars.
