We are always on the look out for volunteers for our Tuesday and Thursday group.

Without volunteers we simply can't run our groups to their fullest potential.

This week's events are raring to go!.

We have had an update from the venue over the weekend that the boiler that controls the heating is currently under repair. We are hoping it's up and running before our sessions but just incase please do dress for the colder weather. Saying that we're looking at 16 degrees on Thursday so all should be well.
