Holiday Fencing.

So club will be running as usual through the holidays with sessions starting at 6pm on Thursday.

Congratulations to Joanna Lockyer for taking part in her first competition.

Club is open tonight for those that need to burn off a mince pie or two.

Congratulations to Robbie Plunkett on being selected to be part of both the individuals and team event in Serbia.

Fingers crossed for Alex Terry who is currently a reserve fencer for the same GBR squad.

Congratulations to Billy Shepherd and Alex Terry for their results at the Leon Paul Open Épée.

Billy took gold and Alex claimed bronze.

Well done to Nathan Foster who made yhe last 32 at the same event.

Congratulations to Nathan Foster for winning the Yorkshire Senior Épée last weekend.

Well done to Robbie Plunkett and Erin Redfern on both taking silver medals at the same event.

Congratulations to Robbie Plunkett for being selected to be part of the junior GBR team heading out to Udine in the new year.

Only the later session will run this week so no 6pm session.

Later session will be box fencing only running from 7:30 onwards.

Congratulations to Ellie Jackson on coming 6th at the British Under 23 Championships.

Also well done to Elle Stone on making the coming 49th at yesterday's EFC event in Manchester.

Congratulations to Robbie Plunkett on being selected to represent the Junior Great Britain team going out to Riga.

Congratulations to Alex Terry and James Stephens both making the last 8 at the RAF open today.

Alex took the Bronze medal narrowly missing out on making the final.

Congratulations to Verity Clements on claiming the silver medal in the under 19 World Championship pentathlon relay event, held earlier today.

The next Northern Youth Series event will be on the 2nd of October in Harrogate.
