Our little boy was born on the 22nd August 👣 hands and hearts are full 🥰

With that I will be taking a step down from running Roadside Therapy Skipton, and leaving it in the wonderful and very capable hands of Pete at .co.uk 🙌

Fiona, Rhian, Aaron and Pete will continue to offer you the same fantastic services, at Embsay Mills and I plan to return in the future to offer my services alongside the other fantastic team members 💪

I’d like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for all your continued support. So many of you have become friends and really contributed to the passion I have for my job. Thankfully it’s not a bye forever, but ‘I will see you soon!’ 👋

My family and I are just finding our new rhythm and once we settle into a beat that works for us, I’ll be back ♥️

Starting 14th March, a weekly Post Natal Pilates - Mum & Baby friendly class ✨

Extra time is given for feeds, changes and little wrigglers! We will aim for approximately 45-50 minutes of mindful movement.

Some of the benefits of Post Natal Pilates:

- Strengthens pelvic floor muscles
- Improve diastasis recti
- Improve posture
- Strengthens core muscles
- Improves well being and confidence

Recommended from 6 weeks post vaginal delivery, 12 weeks C-Section. Classes are kept small to ensure 1:1 attention 💕
