We're closing all of our restaurants today so that our teams can enjoy a celebration of their own at our annual KIBOU Awards Party.

In Japan there’s a saying: “Nihonshu wa ryori wo erabanai”, meaning “Sake does not get into fights with food.”

Etsu Gin
Etsu means ~Pleasure~ in Japanese. This fabulous drink comes all the way from the Japanese island of Hokkaido.
Citrus, yuzu and light floral blossom notes hit you on the nose with peppers, green tea, meadow berries, more yuzu and sansho pepper on the palate, using water sourced from the Taisetu Mountains.

🎏 Famed for its marinated mackerel and freshwater eel, dive into our Kyoto Sushi Platter, featuring saba (mackerel) and unagi (freshwater eel) nigiri, ikura (salmon caviar) gunkan and ebi (prawn) uramaki.
🎏 Finish things off with our decadent Matcha Cake that pays homage to Japan’s matcha capital. Three layers of matcha, vanilla and white chocolate sponge, served with ice cream.
