An immersive wellness day to relax and restore your wellbeing. A day just for you!

The day starts with a Mindful walk-fit session around the serene countryside venue. The day will also include Face Yoga session with Zara Groves. Haircare advice / demo with Hair by Bex.
Stretch /Pilates class with a sound bath, by Journey of Sounds.
Lite lunch & refreshments included and a beautiful skincare pamper session for you!

Which means my candlelight Pilates class is cancelled and any zumba on both days
