Henri Matisse didn’t let anything stop him from making art. During the last decade of his life he created art with white paper and gouache called the Cut-Outs. It’s no surprise that my funky florals have been inspired by him. I have long admired his still life painting compositions and his collages. Now I’m obsessed with his goldfish!

I have reached 500 followers! Thank you for your continued support. I could not have done it without each of you. 🙏🤗🎉

Happy birthday (to me!) - today I’ll be taking some time out and, hopefully, eating some cake! 😀

Recently I was treated to a makeover and photoshoot by a client who wanted some team shots for their website. Did you know, as well as my art, I also offer graphic design and illustration? Well I was recently asked to be ‘Artist in Residence’ for Barrow, Hepburn & Gale who are internationally known as the manufacturer of the iconic Red Despatch Boxes. This means I get to flex my creative brain on some exciting illustration and design projects going forward 😀
