At the Freshers' Fayre we asked for your comments, thoughts and wants in relation to library services, facilities and resources and were delighted with the lovely feedback we received.

Pic 1 are the requests which we have taken on board and will keep in mind as our services and facilities develop - did you know though that since our change from 24/7 during particular periods of the year to 8am-11pm (weekdays) and 11am-11pm (weekends) all year round, your access to the library has increased in terms of the hours we are open!

Pic 2 is some lovely comments about our staff for which we are very grateful. We do really try to be as helpful as we can and would encourage anyone seeking help with research, accessing resources and referencing to get in touch!

Pic 3 is comments about our resources which we work hard to keep fresh and relevant to your study needs, so thank you for recognising this.

Finally, pic 4 is all your lovely comments about the Library generally. We're so pleased to play such a central part to your Solent University, Southampton experience!

The library has over 100 laptops that are available for students to borrow for a one-week non-renewable loan. You can borrow a laptop from our two self-service laptop lockers situated in the library foyer and in floor 0C. Please note: To use a laptop at home, you must first log in to it once while on campus.

If you would like to print from your own device, please follow the instructions below. Please note that you can only print double-sided via web print!

*Don't forget to bring your student card to gain entry to the building after 5pm and the weekends*
