SUNSCREEN: TOP TIPS

1. Always wear sunscreen 🌞🌞🌞
It is important to use a sunscreen of at least SPF40 everyday, in order to proct your skin from the harmful UV rays of the sun. It is vital that we protect our skin from UVA (the rays that age us) and UVB (the rays that burn us). In case you are not already aware, UVA and UVB rays are present int he atmosphere every single day for the year, not just during the Spring and Summer months, if liek me you are concerned with the affects of ageing, the one single product I would recmennd above all others is Sunscreen. If you protect your skin from UVA then you can help protect your skin from te signs of ageing too, which is always a good thing in my eyes.

2. During the warmer months, don’t sit in the sun during peak hours (between 10am and 4pm). if yu=ou are planning to be out in the sun for a long period of time, reapply sunscreen every two to three hours.

3. imue’s SPF40 is also availabe in three different tinted shades, Light, Medium and d Dark. This product is ideal for frequent application throughout the day, withour the ened to wear makeup, making application so much easier.

Apologies for the make-up free pictures, but I wanted t update you with the results of using the Nimue Skin Refirmer Cream. I used this twice a day from July until March this year.

I was really hoping to see an improvement in my nasolabial folds as these are getting worse as I age (understandably). This comparison picture doesn’t really do the results justice, but I am really pleased with the outcome, as these folds are much reduced and I look more like I did a few years ago now, which is always a bonus!

I’ve moved onto something more rejuvenating for my day and night creams for a little while, but I’ll definitely be using this again as soon as my current ones have run out! I can’t wait to see what further improvements I can make!

Now that the sun has (finally) shown itself this year, I know that protecting your skin from the damaging effects of the suns rays will be at forefront of many of your minds.

The sun is not just responsible for giving us a lovely suntan, it can of course damage our skin too in the form of sun burn, and pigmentation spots, but it is also responsible for prematurely ageing our skin too

Sun-C Environmental Shield SPF50
A crucial product in an anti-wrinkle skincare regime is sunscreen. Sunscreen should be applied to the skin on a daily basis (come rain or shine!). What are the benefits of joining the Nimue Club Membership?

Predominately, these are:
- Reduced product costs. The costs of the products you use when you become a Club Member, are based on the average usage over a 12 month period. The cost of all these products is slightly discount, and last time Nimue increased their retail prices, the Club Membership price did not increase, meaning it is cheaper to be a club member than not.

- Reduced treatment costs. If you opt for a membership that incorporates a monthly treatment, then the cost is based on you paying for 10 treatments over a 12 month period, but you will actually receive 12 treatments, meaning you save money per treatment each month.

- Spread the cost. By paying monthly, budgeting is so much easier as you know exactly how much your Membership will cost each month. This means that if you need multiple products in any given month, you still only pay your Membership cost, no more, even if the value of the products you need exceeds your monthly fee.

- Keep on top of your skin care. By being a member, you will always have the products that you need. There is absolutely no need to run out of anything. We will also book your next appointment after your current one, so there is no need to miss any treatments at all.

With the cost of living still high, what better time to think about joining my Nimue Club?

The Nimue Club aims to help you spread the cost of all your Nimue core products out, so you pay the same amount each month, regardless of which products you actually need to replace each month. Sometimes you will need to replace more products than others, but over the course of a 12 month period, this should all even out.

It is also possible to incorporate a monthly Nimue treatment into your Membership cost.

The cost of all your core products, plus any treatment are also discounted, so not only can you spread the cost for budgeting purposes, you also pay less overall than you would if you were not a Club member.

The only exception to the monthly payment is a larger down payment is required when you join, to get you set up with all your core products. After this first payment, then all monthly payments will be consistent.

So, spread the cost evenly throughout the year, and receive a discount too. What else is there to think about?!

Premium Membership covers the cost of all your Core Nimue products, plus a monthly Nimue 35% Glycolic/SRC/Smart Resurfacer Facial, depending on your needs.

Growing up and going through puberty can be a difficult time for anyone, not least because of the changes that can occur in our skin.
