Food began to increase last week and of course I lose weight ๐Ÿ˜‚ body is currently very lean and it always takes time for more food to slow me down and stick.

So this week up again & weight has held around the 104โ€™s so far so it is moving, but as always weโ€™re patient and donโ€™t rush things as we still have a solid 8-9 months at least to try and fill this out ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Teresa here with some outstanding results in a short space of time ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ we planned on having longer but some unforeseen circumstances meant we had 8 weeks to pull things down for her photoshoot!

Got some great backstage shots and the look is fantastic, canโ€™t wait to see the full edits when they come through ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Teresaโ€™s been as hard working and consistent as they come, continuing to get stronger every week and even banging out sets yes SETS of 8 pull ups and 8-10 chin ups ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Definitely have future plans for another shoot in the future so looking forward to bringing an even better version soon! ๐Ÿ†

Fantastic work from him despite a busy work schedule as a firefighter heโ€™s absolutely crushed the prep!

Week by week we tracked progress closely, strength continued to improve whilst bodyfat dropped and we never let intensity in the gym drop ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Looking forward to seeing the results of the beach shoot and the Final Cut of all the hard work put in ๐Ÿ“ธ

Week 7 of the appetite reset and itโ€™s well and truly feeling it! The hunger is up, strength at an all time high, motivation to grow through the roof and very happy with progress made up to this point ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Looking like next week we send it food wise, bloodwork to be done this week to ensure optimal health markers before any more assistance pushes up so provided all is there we absolutely send it ๐Ÿš€

Consistency is absolutely bang on, nothing missed, intensity through the roof and itโ€™s paying off massively so far!

6th week pulling back for for appetite reset & this week already feeling a big difference in hunger ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Since the reduction Monday yesterday and today felt hungry upon waking & meals have cruised in! Brianโ€™s set one last drop in food to keep this pull back to as sort as we can so we can get back to pushing food asap ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

The goal as always is to put on as much muscle as possible in 2024 and we know appetite is my limiting factor as my body needs a lot of food to gain weight!

This pull back has helped boost my confidence in the sense that in the last 6 months since the show some of my weak (based on judges feedback) areas have improved, notably my arms and chest which I can see having pulled some fat off my upper ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Training strength is still increasing & Iโ€™m at probably the strongest Iโ€™ve ever been ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ looking forward to food pushing back up and seeing what we can achieve in the second half of the year and bring the biggest & best Matt possible for 2025 ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Me and Lauren have been coach/client in person for around 2 years, and last year we had a good strength base and were maintaining around 75kg and focusing on strength and building up her strength and muscle.

At the end of the year we had some down time due to personal reasons and the weight got away from her due to less training & steering away from the nutrition plan.

But in January she came back with a vengeance determined to get as lean as possible & this is the result of 5 months of solid graft, sticking to the diet and not missing any training or cardio ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

So far sheโ€™s blasted 20kg off and now we want another 10kg ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Lauren always trains extremely hard and once her mindset is locked in on the diet sheโ€™s as consistent as they come โœ…

Keep an eye out for this as itโ€™s gona be a great look when we get down into those 60โ€™s and beyond ๐Ÿ†

Week 5 of pulling food back to get appetite up and running. Definitely feeling tighter this week, mid section feels a lot leaner with much more details coming in the legs.

The goal here isnโ€™t necessarily to drop bodyfat and get lean but to ensure we can go into the second phase of this push for size and maintain a good high amount of food for a prolonged period of time!

Hunger both physically and mentally is increasing as anyone whoโ€™s done a proper off season will know itโ€™s a mental battle of mind vs food intake and it does make you feel constantly full, tired and sluggish, which can lead to a lull in drive and enthusiasm over time.

Training strength is still increasing & Iโ€™m at probably the strongest Iโ€™ve ever been ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ looking forward to food pushing back up and seeing what we can achieve in the second half of the year and bring the biggest & best Matt possible for 2025 ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Lawrence is coming to the end of his recomp phase, having dropping over 35lbs/16kg with only another few kgโ€™s to go ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

As competing is in our future plans heโ€™s been working with the posing expert himself on his mandatories and classic poses ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Another 5/6 weeks and a well deserved holiday is in place then itโ€™s time for us to drop the hammer and really push to add some solid mass to this frame ๐Ÿฆ

With a potential stage debut in autumn 2025 Iโ€™m looking forward to what we can achieve throughout his off season ๐Ÿ†

Week 4 of pulling food down, entering a TRT phase and reducing stress on the body from an appetite and hormone standpoint โœ…

Weight is down again and feeling noticeably tighter in the mid section, appetite is slowly growing and after blood work next week we hope to see good markers & we can prepare for phase 2 of off season ๐Ÿฆ

Strength is still right up there holding and still progressing ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Unfortunately during the charity football match I did injure my leg so leg training atm is restricted to certain movements so for it to happen during this pull back is probably for the best! Donโ€™t jump around in goal at 17 stone kids ๐Ÿ˜†

Had the pleasure of working with Rebecca this past Saturday who made the 4.5 hour trip up from Poole to come and do some training with me ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ now thatโ€™s dedication!

We went through a leg session & worked on some form, tempo & control techniques which hopefully will help develop some more tissue in the last 4 weeks of her off season ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

We touched on some posing as well post session and I was very impressed with the shape, muscle and overall balance of her physique! Always a bonus to be able to see and assess in person as photos can only show you so much!

As well as she performed & looked the thing that impressed me the most is the sheer determination to get everything right, to be the most optimal she can and bring the absolute best she can to the stage ๐Ÿ†

Itโ€™s that mentality that builds fantastic physiques and champions!

Iโ€™ve got no doubt that if that mindset combines with the hard work Iโ€™ve seen sheโ€™s capable of in the gym, and the consistency needed with nutrition then weโ€™re going to bring a very special look ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Stackhouse vs Puregym Charity Match ๐Ÿ†

Result: 7-2 victory โšฝ๏ธ

Something a little different!

Its been a week since the gym I work & train at competed in a charity football match against Puregym at in aid of โค๏ธ

I believe so far over ยฃ1500 was raised so a brilliant amount!

It was a fantastic day & a lot of fun, enjoyed the training in preparation and took me back to my playing days as a kid!

Obviously I was in goal as running around at 108kg just wasnโ€™t happening! ๐Ÿ˜…

The team played as a unit and in all honesty it could have been a lot more! Definitely looking forward to the next one!

Week 2 of pulling things back after appetite died on me a couple of weeks ago. Last week food was lowered and meals went in but still feeling rough and sometimes physically hard to eat ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

Energy levels and productivity in the gym have however improved with strength and training output at an a time high ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This week a further reduction has led to a slight increase in appetite already so hopefully another few weeks and this hunger will be back and we can focus on off season phase 2 of the year ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿฆ

Hard reset here for the physique after the appetite hit a brick wall. Itโ€™s been an uncomfortable last 2-3 weeks with the food but we were getting it in, however this week a few bites of a meal & I was feeling physically sick.

Itโ€™s a shame because we arenโ€™t anywhere near filled out or where we want to be bodyweight wise but the foods been high for a long time and my stubborn metabolism & digestion just wonโ€™t handle any more โŒ

I am happy with the progress made and how Iโ€™m looking & Iโ€™m definitely bigger than Iโ€™ve ever been. Last off season we peaked at 107 ish and I was a lot softer, so at 110 in good condition we just reset, then go again chasing that 115 โœ…

Training side is flying, strengths right up there and only increasing so we focus on that as we run through this short recomp phase ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Solid weeks training this week with solid progress in weight & reps ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ quad tendons starting to relax a bit as well so squats worked up to some good numbers & even extensions were pushed more ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Food wise we know we need more & more weight as the physique is nowhere near filled but appetite is always my limiting factor and being at a high amount of food already weโ€™re gona hold tight and push this last 5/6 weeks of off season phase 1 before a pull back & go again!

Happy with the progress since the show, Iโ€™d like to think in the region of 4-5kg tissue in under 6 months & looking forward to finishing 2024 around the 115kg mark โœ…

18 months of solid graft and his body type has completely changed ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Steveโ€™s had to work around extensive injuries suffered in a motorbike accident, including a smashed pelvis, dislocated hip, broken femur, torn quad & sciatic damage! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

When we first started Steve couldnโ€™t even straighten his leg fully and have during our time training had a titanium hip installed! ๐Ÿ”ง

No excuses, no complaining and not a session missed ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

This week definitely feels like the start of a solid run of good training, food intake & motivation to aim for that 115kg target.

With the sprain in my pec tendon & neck issue I had definitely been stressing that I wasnโ€™t progressing & my where weight was fluctuating around the same it was definitely a frustrating period.

I still got sessions in that I could do and all meals in and because things werenโ€™t budging it 100% gets to you.

This week bodyweight weight hit an all time high, fullness definitely more noticeable & strength is at an all time high and with that comes a much more positive mindset ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Looking forward now to a great run where we can really focus on growth and progress ๐Ÿ†

Injury free back up to 108kg ๐Ÿท

First week back training after the neck injury & it was a strong solid week. Numbers largely unchanged if anything top sets were up and a few back offs down a rep or two but after a week of no training Iโ€™m very happy with that ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Slight increase this week with more cyclic dextrin going in as a pre/intra carb push to really fuel these sessions and recover efficiently โœ…

This week we get the momentum going & push hard to keep building this frame out ๐Ÿ†

Ciaran came to the team looking to get the body fat off, increase his muscle mass and see how we could build from that point ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

So far in the 9 months of work weโ€™ve put in itโ€™s been a crazy transformation. Weโ€™ve really attacked and reduced the body fat hugely and weโ€™re now in the final stretch to get this as shredded as possible ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Once we get this down to a point where detail & musculature is through itโ€™ll be time to turn it around and grow ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Off Season Progress ๐Ÿ†

Rest week complete โœ…

After the injury to my neck we decided best decision was to rest fully all last week with recovery being the number one priority ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Weight was down slightly due to rest day food and likely the reduction of retention due to no resistance training, so no food change just focusing on getting back to full training ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Last week as some may have seen, locked some vertebraeโ€™s in my neck and my muscles from head to mid back were seized and in total spasm ๐Ÿซจ

Thankfully due to the help of Arron & Brad, combined with adequate rest and recovery techniques we were 95% recovered by Monday and able to resume training ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Solid first session back yesterday on push with strength actually increasing on several movements โœ…

Just shows if you put in the work even when resting, you can still improve. It wasnโ€™t an ideal or wanted situation but we stayed positive and got it handled ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

This week we get the food back up & push hard to keep building this frame out ๐Ÿ†

No training since Saturday, weight down slightly & feeling a bit flat from the rest & rest day cals so no changes ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

So unfortunately this week as some may have seen Iโ€™ve managed to lock some vertebraeโ€™s in my back ๐Ÿ™ˆ

Woke up Sunday morning with a sharp pain in the muscles at the back of my neck, no big deal itโ€™s a rest day so we chilled & relaxed ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Until Monday morning came and I couldnโ€™t even lift my head off the pillow ๐Ÿ˜–

Managed to get an emergency osteopath appointment who then confirmed the locked neck, with all muscles from the base of my spine to my erectors in full spasm & rock solid ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

The cause we donโ€™t know but what we do know is what we can do to recover ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

โœ… Heat
โœ… Ice
โœ… Neck mobility
โœ… Thoracic mobility
โœ… Rest

Injuries/illnesses are sent to test us and this has been a frustration to say the least! But we donโ€™t just throw in the towel, make excuses, eat s**t and lay about! โŒ

We do what we have to do to recover & continue working toward our goal! Light upper tomorrow, light lower Tuesday and fingers crossed weโ€™ll be back lifting fully by Monday ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

The change in the overall structure and shape here is amazing, sheโ€™s completely transformed from powerlifter to bodybuilder ๐Ÿ˜„

Rebecca is competing for the first time in November in the first timers masters bikini class ๐Ÿ†

The goal for this recomp was to tidy up the physique, get the body fat down and assess the structure and shape we had in preparation for a muscle building phase before we begin prep ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

Weโ€™ve been able to analyse the frame now we can see the strengths & weaknesses and adjust the training accordingly ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

This also gave Rebecca a chance to experience how a prep would feel, by adhering to a strict nutrition plan and executing a training plan for a prolonged amount of time โœ…

Now we enter a push phase to build on the weak points in preparation for prep come and end of June ๐Ÿ†

Held the 108โ€™s again this week & looking to blast this up to the 109โ€™s this week โš–๏ธ

Strength still increasing, pec sprain is now fully healed so we keep increasing movements when possible ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Bodyโ€™s recovering well & so far digestion and appetite is holding nicely, already on higher food than the last off season and in much better condition. Just need to be patient, keep putting the work in and wait for that growthhh ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Fantastic work from Thomas whoโ€™s been I canโ€™t lie a cos heโ€™s dream from day one! Albeit sometimes feel like I havenโ€™t got any work to do ๐Ÿ˜‚
