The 3 highest mountains in the UK conquered in less than 23 hours. Started our journey Sunday morning 8.30am at Ben Nevis which was a pleasant start as the weather was perfect. Moving onto Scafell Pike, thunder and lightening just as we arrived but we cracked on into the night. Final stop was Snowdon where it was still pouring down with rain, we set off on our final walk before sunrise to then finish our challenge Monday morning.

Absolutely unbelievable squad, the energy and motivation was flying. We all pushed each other.

These are old progress pictures. Just under a year apart, I put on 7/8kg of muscle. I did this through the methods of CrossFit style training and Functional Weightlifting along with a high protein calorific surplus diet.
No secrets to it just simple hard work.

Jamie’s physique & body composition has come on miles this summer. My method of “hybrid” style training incorporating CrossFit, hypertrophy & cardio worked wonders on Jamie.
- High levels of fitness shown on the football pitch.
- Went from barely being able to do 10 press ups to smashing 30+.
- Body fat % down as shown in the picture the abdominal muscles have started to come through and veins in the arms / shoulder.
Jamie still attends my classes to maintain fitness, he has gained the confidence to go the gym alone now following amazing online program.
