We have made many changes so far at Level Up, but one of my new favourites are the 1-1 consultations.

This is because it is all well and good having a great gym to join, but if you have no specific goal in mind then your progress may suffer.

The Intention is that the 1-1’s will remedy this, or any uncertainties or reservations you may have when starting out.

We want to get you started on the right foot, so you get the most out of your time with us and build a lasting relationship with you!

If you are already a member and interested in this service, you can get yourself booked in for your consultation at the front desk.

I hope this new service will give you the extra confidence you need to conquer your goals!

This one is for everyone. We encourage you to give it a go, let’s see how many rounds you can get! 👏🏼

This one consists of an
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 12 minutes of the following:

10 cals on any cardio kit
10 burpees
10 Alternating Dumbbell sn**ch

If you are stuck for a workout, give this a go! 12 minutes but it will certainly get you working! 💪🏼
