19/08/24 and we are back. The salad bar is filling up nicely. The special today is hoisin duck. The hot special is lasagne. Bacon and sausage is on cooking. The pies and cakes have been delivered. We hope to see you all soon.

It was glorious yesterday, sadly woken up to rain today

So this is the reason we have come away for the week. All our ceilings are being lowered. Fortunately our neighbours went away at the same time, so they should have missed the noisy bit too.

05/08/24 Good morning the salad bar is full!! The pies and cakes have been delivered. Bread has arrived. The special today is bbq pulled pork. The hot special is lasagne.

The donations are starting to come in for the emergency services. We are collecting here at Emily's until Friday, if anyone would like to add to it. Even if it's just a card.

Hi all my phone went nuts when I put the bow post on. I have left the shop now so I am unsure what's left if any. I'll count up in the morning and let you all know. If there is any it will only me a very small amount

My lovely friend claire has made bows for people to attach to gate posts, cars etc. I have two bin bags full and they are on a first come first serve basis.

We now have two donations for the emergency workers. It's been extended now for donations to be dropped off. There are multiple drop off points list can be found on southport chat page
